His 'leadership' style. His passive-aggressiveness.
Being a blowhard, basically.
But we *voted for* the blowhard!
Not the law.
The 'norms'. The technocrats' norms.
They were all trained not to, as part of the technocratic ruling class! So they all know it's 'wrong'!
But we *voted for* that guy. We *wanted* the guy who violated norms. Trump's personality wasn't some big secret! It was his sales pitch!
Essentially, their 'norms' (albeit not the law!) *outlaw* Trump-Like Personalities from rising through their ranks.
Just look at the metaphors they use! Conway: he's a 'cancer on the Presidency', etc.
But that's what we wanted.
But we voted for someone Trump-Like!
How to resolve this?
The technocrats want to apply and impose their own, private, extra-constitutional eligibility requirement:
Can't be Like Trump.
Frankly, I'm surprised the people haven't been overruled already.
