Climate change brings out a number of important human rights issues, health, life, socio-economic rights. I do wonder though whether a shift in focus into an area which is covered by other environment specific charities could further reduce/dilute Amnesty’s sources of funding?
Obviously it could work really well and attract new sources of funding too. But risky as seems quite far away from what Amnesty was set up for and is known for by the public
