John Minford, #SunTzu 6: 2 "Last on the battlefield charges into the fray exhausted."
My military friends tell me that a soldier's need for rest and hydration are scientifically understood. They are mandated for soldiers in combat with the same force as a command to attack. One can see exhaustion and dehydration by looking.
We transport our troops, mostly, we don't march to battle anymore for exactly the same reason. It's not because we have trucks and transports, we don't have to use them. If marching to battle won more victories, we'd still do it. It doesn't because it spends your men's energy.
The effect of arriving last on the battlefield, and charging into the fray exhausted will never disappear. No mechanization of any aspect of warfare can remove it. Fighting is fighting and it depletes the fighter. If anything, I suspect our mechanization intensifies the effect.
It appears to my eye that today's world externalizes factors and forces onto machines more and more, often forgetting the human decisions driving all of technology at every step. If the human spirit shows up late to the battle, the machines can't win it for us.
Consider our war to remove Gaddafi. HRC fell victim to belief in the machines. She could deploy her drones and, from her safe vantage in the White House briefing room, determine Gaddafi must go. By the time of Benghazi, we can see the human spirit lacking.
Look at Libya today. Its chaos is a huge consequence of allowing faith in machine fighting to convey a sense of false invincibility. And you can see the same sense of invincibility transfer from there to her hellaciously bad campaign in 2016. Late to the fray, she was exhausted.
How does one turn such a thing around? It takes honesty, a frank self-assessment. Am I last on the battlefield? Is my enemy already there in the better spot on the field? Am I exhausted? If so, and this is so hard, walk away. Don't fight. Retreat and return to fight another day.
I have to say again, @POTUS remains first on the battlefield, waiting for the enemy fresh. I see the spirit of HRC there, dispersed into failing strategies among her Democrat minions. Their grip on losing positions only hardens. They're exhausted, late on the field.
The Progressive Left has a plan. They used that plan to take over the American educational system from bottom to top, so they've won the minds and hearts of our youth, and Socialism is now a fine direction, good for America in their view. They've taken many other early positions.
We know they control the MSM. We know they've controlled our Entertainment Industry, again from the bottom to the top. They've taken complete control of city political machinery across our country. Worst of all, look at their hold on so much of our judiciary.
We know they control the vast, vast majority of the Federal Government's bureaucracy. And we have to face the fact that stemming from the 1913 amendments to our Constitution they've tipped the scale there, too. Oh wait! What about corrupt crony capitalism? They own it.
No, you say, there are absolutely as many corrupt Republicans in the swamp, as Democrats and, alas, I say you're right. They're all just coins in corporate pockets, jangling the laws in their favor and going on the next junket to the Bahamas. I agree.
Yes, my friends, we must face the fact that the Progressive Left owns deed, fully paid, over the Republican Establishment, at least at its roots. Yet, some unbelievable how, @POTUS is fresh, and they're now the one's arriving late, exhausted, in spite of all.
We have to continue to look at the list of their victories over these past 10 decades, though. We will have to fight, street to street, house to house with danger around every alleyway for the coming decades forward in order to retake all we've lost.
This is the true meaning of America First. That phrase, in all its practical and philosophical power, is how @realDonaldTrump turned the tide of battle, wresting victory from the jaws of defeat. He is first on the battlefield, fresh, as he's the first to take the fight there.
Now, can we learn? Can we learn from his role model? Allow me again my most passionate battle example. Can we find the way to put America First back into our children's and youth's schools? Can you see the heads exploding at the thought of America First in the halls of education?
Again, how? You have to show up first, rested and ready. Here's an example with a direct pitch for my book, America First: The MAGA Manifesto. Buy two paperback copies. Find a good person you know who is a teacher, NOT an administrator. Give him one of the copies, PRIVATELY!
Why not an administrator, and why privately? First, this is a bottom up endeavor. We're not going to win working down from above. Second, there are school districts where a copy of my book could easily get a teacher fired. Just reading it risks a teacher's career, I can tell you.
In the run up to the 2018 midterms, I had MAGA supporting politicians who told me they couldn't be seen with my book in public. So, if you're going to share a copy with a teacher, you MUST do it one-on-one in PRIVATE. One at a time, teachers reading it with open minds, wins.
If that succeeds, there are two more steps that define the beginning, the preparation to arrive first, positioned, rested. Find a second open minded teacher, repeat in private, and then introduce the two to each other. And then, follow up again with @shestokas book linked below.
The most dangerous and radical act of all is the deadly combination of reading and speaking. Remember Tom Paine's work in 1776, its power in hall and tavern where reading it was an act of seditious treason. Remember the risk of reprisal from the King's men in all their power.
The only possible way to turn the tables on the Progressive Left is to embrace @POTUS method and translate to our own fields of fight. If we but remember to place America First, we will not fail. We will retake every part of America and make Her great again in this manner.
Finally, what if you're not a reader, and don't want to buy my book or any others? No problem. Don't be trapped by a single tactical example. The principle applies to any other method. I have to give you another, so you'll believe me. Let's say you're a member of a golf club.
You and your buddies are sitting in perfect luxury all remembering how rich you each are, so very happily. Someone starts making jokes and laughing at @POTUS. Others join in and soon everyone is guffawing at what a buffoon our leader is. First, don't join in. No, don't be mad.
Just don't add to the energy of derision. Second, look around, watch the energy. Is all of it 100% certain, hardened? Or can you find another face showing a bit of discomfort, and possible disapproval of the way you little society behaves? That's battlefield observation.
Last, make eye contact and determine the nature of the eye-to-eye communication. If indicated, find each other later and simply discuss. Don't move too fast. Do NOT close or enlist for action. Just find what meeting of mind and heart you can, and you will have commenced.
In future conversations, you will be able to find some form of agreement, with this friend and/or others, over the true placement of the America First principle at every level of our entire nation and locale, institution and endeavor. You will soon be first present, fresh.

The local MAGA leader’s library needs three other books. The first is by my great friend, hero, and today’s greatest constitutional scholar, @shestokas. His most important work so far is:

amazon.com/Creating-Decla…
The second is available free. It is the combined Declaration of Independence and Constitution.

Last is my own book. I'll give you the link here, and then conclude with its ten MAGA principles:

amazon.com/America-First-…
1. Remember The Forgotten Americans
2. Rule Of Law
3. American Jobs
4. Quality Of Life For Every American
5. Heal Our Cities
6. Build The Wall
7. Make America Wealthy Again
8. Make America Strong Again
9. Make America Safe Again
10. Make America Great Again
Correction, there is a HUGE difference between "you little society" and "YOUR little society" which is what I intended to write. I love golf clubs. I love wealth and being happy with it. I love rich people and want everyone to have everything they want. I am a hearty capitalist.
