In 1993 IRA bomb attacks killed 2 children in Warrington. The bombings were roundly condemned by everyone -except the Revolutionary Communist party who said — “we defend the right of the Irish people to take whatever measures are necessary in their struggle for freedom”.
One of the leaders of the RCP then was Claire Fox. Claire is now standing for the Brexit party in NW England which includes the town of Warrington. What an insult to the people of that place.

How to spot a Russian bot. A linguistic guide. Russian bots tend - like many Russian speakers - to be unusually direct and aggressive when trying to speak English.
Russian bots will often defend Putin/Crimea/ conspiracy theories somewhere in their feed. The Russian language has no articles (a, an, the) so they often muddle these
Finally there's the "so called" thing. Russian speakers overuse the phrase. And wrongly. It's a mistranslation.

The term “junk food” appears three times in the government’s press release for this, even though they know full well that it is the much broader category of ‘high in fat, salt or sugar’ that is being banned.
I’ve read several articles about this in the main newspapers. All of them talk about “junk food”. None of them even mentions HFSS. This is a typical example of the government’s press release being slightly reworded. thesun.co.uk/news/8654062/j…
