RIGHT: Full transcript released today per court order

Mueller’s hacks removed that Dowd wanted a heads up “not only for the president, but for the country” and wasn’t asking for “any confidential information”
Also clear it’s a lawyer to lawyer voicemail and Dowd clearly didn’t know for sure Flynn had decided to co-operate with the government

Luckily we can still ask Mueller why he decided to cut out just these exculpatory words to save all of *two lines* in a ~450 page report, right?

In case it's not obvious: leakers to the NYT are burning this so called source to cover their tracks for political reasons, in case Trump declassifies via Barr. Exact same approach taken with Halper, Turk and others.
