Questioning contributions, milkshakes and accusations around Farage finances ... are people deliberately trying to get the Brexit party to top 50% of the vote?
Reading some of the reactions, counter responses, lack of real discussion on any positive manifesto addressing current concerns .... oh dear. Are we really doing this? Prime Minister Farage? Seriously? Just let him hijack the newscycle? OODA anyone? Trump learned how to do this.
Oh gosh, this is horrifying. Can we please get Dominic Cummings to do a high speed "Odyssean" education on our political leaders so they don't mess this up. Or are we really going to amateur hour our way to Farage as PM?
i.e. your two political options are gearing to be brexit or "remain" our way to Farage as PM.

Me : Farage as PM. I'd prefer not to.
X : No, remain.
Me : Yes, Farage as PM and brexit. The other option is brexit.
X : No, remain!
Me : I don't think you understand.
... gosh, at this point I want to wax on about the benefits of compromise and the EEA docked to EFTA path. Please don't mess this up.

X : What are your views on self driving cars?
Me : Depends upon what aspect we're talking about? One of my major concerns is the ability for market muppets to further embed social inequality into the transportation system through digital subscription models via route management.
i.e. the cars are all the same but if you're a gold member then "lesser" members will get out of the way for you. Has all sorts of nasty consequences in times of environmental catastrophe ... a flood etc.

Me : I'm not, it's a tool, nothing more.

Me : Unchecked, the market would bring back (actually extend, it never went away) slavery. The market is the mindless bully in the playground. Gov is the kid you hope has a conscience.

Whilst encouraging, there is little point in cheering if the shortfall is being made up with gas. The target really ought to be carbon neutral power generation by 2025, for which we lack the political will -> Britain in two-week coal-free record - bbc.co.uk/news/business-…
Back in the early to mid 1990s, when I used to work in the environmental field, the most ferocious arguments I would get into was over my support for nuclear power over fossil fuels. I'd receive the normal terms of abuse for someone disagreeing with the main "social" view ...
... I haven't changed my view, I still consider the path to be more nuclear (baseline) and massive increase in renewables. Yes, there are long term costs to nuclear but there are short term costs to fossil fuel. Also with nuclear, stop trying to bury the waste out of sight.

So, just to preface this. I won't be talking much about Brexit here. The reason being - it's been done. To death. And to the detriment of debate about how dangerous Farage actually is, and what he actually believes. We'll touch on it, but it ain't front row centre.
It's hard to know where to start with Farage, frankly. After doing the research that I have on him, it's stunning to think that he's the favourite for the European Elections. Sorry, stunning? I meant horrifying. But let's start with the young Farage, and work our way from there.

Despite her #BREXIT deal being defeated by biggest margin a government has lost a vote ever maybot seeks concessions on backstop despite being told to bog off by the EU with no realistic hope of a different answer
Corbyn meanwhile refuses to talk #BREXIT without no deal being ruled out despite knowing she can't do this whilst maybot makes no concessions either.
