I want to defend Voight, because there's nothing special about his video, and he doesn't deserve the hate he's getting. However, he says Trump is great because "security" and "jobs", and neither of these are true.
Here is a graph of US employment over time. There are two things to note about this. The most important issue is looking at the graph, when Trump was elected in 2016, and what changed. The answer is "nothing". Employment is a macroeconomic issue, presidents don't affect it.
Second, I've chosen "employment" rather than "unemployment". The "unemployment" issues look good only because they measure people looking for a job that can't find it, not people who have stopped looking.
So if you insist on crediting/blaming Trump for employment numbers, then they are low, not high. But again, it's macroeconomic forces at work, not the president's choices.
In any case, because of the "business cycle", employment always peaks right before a recession. There's good indicators we are soon headed into recession, such as the debt yield inversion.
Trump doesn't deserve blame for this, even if it's his China tradewar that sparcs the recession. But if you credit him for today's good unemployment numbers, then you likewise need to blame him when the recession hits.
Anyway, "security" is in even worse than "jobs". It's largely out of control of the president. Sure, the president matters when responding to emergencies, but we haven't had an emergency to respond to.
...unless you believe the "crisis" at the Mexican border is an emergency. It isn't, it's something Trump has largely manufactured.
