Judge Haywood Gilliam’s preliminary injunction for motion against President Trump in the Northern District of California to Build the Wall was granted in part/denied.

District Judge Gilliam uses discretion to define context of “ other activity,” in military installation. What authority gives a single judge in California the right to deem what is funded or not funded in military installation? These 9th Circuit Judges are TOTALLY out of CONTROL.

2801(c)4 derives from Military Construction Codification Act of 1982 written by Democrat Jack Brinkley of Georgia. 37 years later Judge Gilliam decides to rewrite the context of the law in his own judicial ruling to stop President Trump’s executive order.
Did I mention 9th Circuit’s Northern District of California is also the same Court where Former Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napoltiano has opened her own lawsuit for the Regents of California to keep the DACA-Dreamers program running? This case is stuck in SCOTUS.
