1. The abortion ban frenzy was not random. IMO 35% of Trump's base are the militant right-to-life demographic. It's why his numbers don't move much. There are fewer issues in which the Trump base becomes more energized and regarding which the left is more politically powerless.
2. Not random. A clever strategy. The Courts will decide these cases. There's real damage being done but the Courts are the only defense and are mostly immune to political influence. For now. Fingers crossed. But with all the airtime, we're energizing both the left and right
3. but the left was already energized. The right-to-life issue coming front & center must delight McConnell. I get that nothing I write will change how it goes but it's worth a try. If we make this election about this issue it will help Trump. We all know what needs to be
4. done. We don't need to fill the ether with our outrage. We need to beat Trump and the GOP. The unfair GOP economy plus Russia & corruption are the key. Trump and GOP flood the air with things that just drive us nuts and we stop calling Trump a criminal & a traitor and
5. exposing the GOP fraud on American workers. Keep focused on Trump. Taking the @WhiteHouse and driving @SenateGOP @HouseGOP into minorities is the other goal. All the things that we need to get done will be made possible if we win. If we lose the nightmare is just beginning.
