I tried the IRS exempt organizations registry too, @nytimes. Nothing.
There is a Delaware corp registered earlier this year with that name, h/t @polly ... but still, how'd it get into a NYT article?

The voicemail Flynn's lawyer received upon dropping out of the Joint Defense Agreement, just filed.
There's something a little odd in the filing. The court had directly ordered the government to file transcripts of Flynn's conversations with Russian officials. In the government's response, they note the order, but then don't directly respond to it, or file those transcripts.

It’s pretty obvious to me that the President did not personally track the McCain from port to port, identify a moment when their paths may cross, and issue orders to forestall his own temper tantrum. I don’t think that’s the issue here. Do the senior reporters in the press room?
The Nixon-era formulation, “what did the president know and when did he know it?” is a pretty blinkered way of thinking about how a president operates. He creates an environment where his attendants seek to obtain his praise and avoid his wrath.
That environment reportedly led to a dishonorable attempt to hide a Navy ship from his eyes. The issue is what is he going to do about this embarrassment. Is he going to articulate why it was wrong, or vow to change his behavior? Or will he praise the effort as well intentioned?

Not one word of this tweet from **the Attorney General of Louisiana** is accurate. But maybe they do things differently under the napoleonic code idk.
A couple points of clarification:
• no *court* has weighed Trump’s guilt as he hasn’t been charged
• the accused in this nation enjoy a *presumption* (not a finding) of innocence in court until there is a verdict
• a verdict of *not guilty* is not a finding of innocence
• findings of factual innocence are relatively rare in the US courts; mostly relevant in expungement proceedings iirc
• Trump hasn’t been charged bc of a DOJ policy that makes impeachment proceedings the only venue for resolving federal criminal offenses by a serving president

It was in the fall of 1994 in Racine, Wisconsin. I had messed up & missed my immigration court hearing in Chicago because I was sitting in the local county jail like an idiot on some bullshit charges that were later dismissed but not before I sat there for a few months.
I was scared to death. I didn’t know what to do. I was 23 years old. Had a beautiful 20 year old American wife & a new born infant son. But I’m in deep trouble cause I missed my Immigration Court hearing for my Asylum application. I had no money for a lawyer. I was poor.
