A new book claims FBI had an incriminating tape of MLK. But the author didn't hear the tape & the claim comes only "in a handwritten notation by an unknown person" in an FBI file -- written as FBI sought to destroy Dr. King & other black leaders. washingtonpost.com/history/2019/0… 
The FBI's history of waging war on black leaders and other dissidents is among many reasons why some of us have challenged the Russiagate-era trend of venerating US intel agencies as beacons of integrity and guardians of our freedoms.
This includes the Patron Saint, ex-FBI Director Robert Mueller. Aside from the fact that he peddled the Iraqi WMD hoax (see below), Mueller also oversaw the detention & abuse of hundreds of Muslim, Arab and South Asian non-U.S. citizens after 9/11.
