She’s saying Mar-a-Lago to flatter the President and “convertible gold-backed bond” to baffle journalists who won’t know this is code for gold-buggery. It’s batshit crazy.
I mean, I get her point. It’s crazy that Americans believe that pieces of paper are a stable source of value. (Unless you believe the Fed’s promises.)

Far better to trust a shiny yellow rock. But it’s gotta be yellow; silver, black or other-colored minerals aren’t stable, obv.
Imagine thinking: I should be on the Fed, because the Fed is dumber than yellow rocks. I promise that when I’m on the Fed, I won’t try to be smarter than yellow rocks. Instead I will defer all monetary policy decisions to our yellow rock overlords.
