Dear Jonathan @jichikawa I have read your thread about trans-inclusion within philosophy and although I am not a philosopher or an academic I noticed a glaring discrepancy in your argument which in my view renders it fatally flawed.
That is, that you have automatically bought in to the idea of a cis/trans axis of oppression, whether or not that has any meaning. Interestingly, you acknowledge the axis of oppression regarding male/female when you refer to yourself as a man commenting on the words of a woman...
...but you fail to question the validity of the complete inversion of this when it comes to cis/trans. You accept the definition of yourself as cis without question, thereby showing a lack of reason, empathy or understanding of the female objection to being labelled in this way.

Once upon a time, a long-ruling Queen had a daughter (who we’ll call Gigi, which is long for GG which is short for Goose Girl) who she loved very much. Nice to see some genuine familial affection for once, generally it’s the parents causing the mayhem.
