I have no idea why the BBC keep inviting Jewish Voice for Labour on to comment on antisemitism. They are an irresponsible organisation which seems to exist almost exclusively to defend antisemites.
To recap what Willsman (member of NEC which takes key decisions about antisemitism) said, which you wouldn’t have caught from the interviewer or interviewee:

“It’s almost certain who is behind all this antisemitism against Jeremy: almost certainly, it was the Israeli embassy”
“They caught someone in the Labour Party who it turns out is an agent in the embassy”

And let’s not forget what happened on one of Jenny Manson’s recent BBC appearances, on R4 PM. She espoused a definition of antisemitism which sets the bar higher than any definition currently being used by any mainstream UK institution today

@BBCRadio4 I was at the first lecture which wasn't very interesting
He's talking about 'dynamic treaties' - a "supranational mechanism for altering and developing it in future"

He says that these create a source of law which is "independent of democratic process"

I imagine this isn't a good thing for him

* I mixed up practice and practise on my centralised pupillage application form which went to every chambers I applied to
It was something like "I want to practice in public law and human rights because..."

I was so mortified when I spotted it (too late) as I know that amongst barristers it is amongst the greatest crimes imaginable
To be entirely fair to me (and why wouldn't you be?!) I had just spent a year in the USA where there is no such thing as "practise"

Agree it will probably be varied (as too wide) or discharged entirely
You can get injunctions to restrict protest but because of the right to protest they have be carefully drafted and only as wide as they need to be to protect the rights of others

This (which applies to EVERYONE IN THE WORLD) seems too wide and will I think be narrowed

What's with @uklabour leader @jeremycorbyn & rabid antisemitic women? Corbyn was all over Palestine Live founder Elleanne Green's timeline + liked or commented on around thirty of her posts. Now there is Anna Elliott too. Exactly like Elleanne, Anna joined Labour just for Corbyn.
Anna is hard-core. Difficult to believe she can still be a member. She pushes Israel as ISIS & likes Gilad Atzmon. She shares David Duke, David Icke, Paul Eisen & articles from ultra racist site PoliticalVelCraft. She's living evidence that 'far-right' and 'far-left' hold hands.
Just like with Elleanne Green (who shared everything from far-left Conspiracy to far-right Nazi material), Jeremy Corbyn didn't accidentally stumble on *one* of Anna's posts, but rather seemed to have Anna's timeline set to 'speed-dial'.

Claiming Israel is a racist "endeavour" is not a critique of Israeli "policy" as Jennie Formby's letter to the PLP states it is. Nor is it a critique of the "Israeli state" as the letter claims - where there is undoubtably racism and discrimination. 2/
It is a critique of the endeavour. The *idea* of a state of Israel.

In Britain 93% of Jews claim that endeavour/idea to be part of their identity but many of them, particularly those on the left, are big critics of Israeli policy and sections of Israeli society. 3/
