dillon hopper posted these comments on gab around the time his now-former lawyer james kolenich was probably desperately calling him about this morning's sanctions hearing. hopper has refused to respond to a suit alleging his involvement in a racially motivated conspiracy.

"i can't believe i'm saying this, but i'm going to side with the plaintiffs," kolenich said of the need for sanctions against his now-former clients. "there is an element of they don't care, they don't believe these sanctions will touch them."

kolenich said that his other former client, elliott kline, has completely disappeared and cannot be contacted, but that he believes dillon hopper of vanguard america would be easily coerced into cooperating when threatened with a bench warrant because he has a family and a job.

"mr kline is gone. no one knows where he is," kolenich told the judge. he said he is still able to contact matthew heimbach, but doesn't believe he will comply with any order. "he's made a tactical decision" to not participate in any way.

kolenich offered to the court that matt parrott can likely produce any document heimbach is withholding. nathan damigo should be able to produce any document they are unable to coerce kline to turn over.

judge hoppe seemed confident when he said "i have a feeling the US marshals will be able to locate these fellas."
the order likely won't be entered until next week, but hopper, kline, and heimbach will all be ordered to appear or face contempt proceedings & bench warrants.

i'm not a lawyer, but here's some pretty solid free advice: don't make the judge mad. and really, really don't make your own lawyer hate you so much that he thinks having you dragged into court by US marshals is the most reasonable course of action.

dillon hopper is about to "become popular" with the US marshals who come to his house with a bench warrant.
