This breaks my heart. I don’t see anyone here advocating giving homeless citizens homes, money or health insurance. They funnel illegals in and pay them while Americans lay waste on the streets.

I worked in medicine for years so yes I do know there are times when an emergency abortion. Especially when the baby was born with medical issues like organs missing from drug use, Rx meds and would die outside the womb or the mother would die.
