1) In our zeal for principle, we often forget that justice is always executed by negotiation. It's outcome may be binary - guilty or innocent - but its process never is. And that process may be bent by bad actors. There are the guilty who play the system, to be sure.
2) There are prosecutors who, among other methods, often withhold exculpatory evidence, and employ every ounce of leverage possible to crush the accused. Neither of those behaviors define justice, but rather its opposite, injustice. Injustice often breaks justice.
3) One of the greatest and most unequal powers of prosecution is time. Prosecutors get paid for their time, it is their career. What is a day out of the life of the accused to them? It softens the accused up - all this loss of time - and makes them easier to crush.
4) Whereas the accused loses time, and has to pay for the privilege. Often the working capability is destroyed. Income loss combined with the extraordinary expense of defense means that our system is stacked against the accused. What is the Federal conviction rate? Over 90%?
5) There is no form of leveraged power to crush that has been withheld against @GenFlynn. And who is there to negotiate for him, on his behalf? We, his supporters, couldn't be more thrilled that he now, finally, has an attorney we respect in @SidneyPowell1. Hallelujah.
6) But still, the process already shows to cost @GenFlynn a minimum of 90 more days. Oh, it'll go by so quickly, some say. Not me. I feel the heavy weight of the days, and I count it. Trust the system, trust the plan, I am told. And I respond, no, I don't, on either count.
7) I am not a legal negotiator. I am a political, a social media based negotiator. My mission is not to employ the law, nor to have faith in it. Rather, it is my job, and yours too if you agree with me, to provide social media support for our hero in the strongest way possible.
8) What that means is, in order to be successful, we must be loud enough to be heard in the halls of power. They must be made aware of @GenFlynn's following and base of support. And I say, the best, most powerful, most appropriate negotiation is for his immediate release.
9) I say, he must be pardoned from this evil table. I say, we should NOT be okay with losing days, placing trust in a system we already know is filled with, if not to say run by corrupt actors, acting in bad faith. Why must we lose even one more day of having our hero back?
10) So I won't back off, and I won't shut up. I hope those of you who agree with me feel the same. We must count the lost days and care. And we must raise our voice in unison. And we can do that with a single hashtag, more powerfully than by any other social media method.
11) A social media hashtag movement has the power to collect the agreements of millions of people around a single, concentrated point of focus. It presents no dollar cost, and even at energy or time cost is almost invisible to the individual.
12) But as millions of individuals join in agreement, the impact of that concentration of force can move political mountains. And that, my friends, gives our hero and his team negotiating power. That's why we must be so thoughtful in our selection of hashtags.
13) Please understand, any hashtag that expresses support for @GenFlynn is a good and mighty thing. I support them all. But I put forward that there is only one, right now, that offers maximum benefit when we employ it together. As you may know, that is: #PardonFlynnNow.
14) So, I'd beg if I thought it might help. Please, please, STOP responding to me each and every time I use it, with your idealistic arguments about faith in the system and the plan. If that's what you believe in, start your own hashtag movement and honor to you.
15) #TrustTheSystemAndWait might happily express your position. But as I've stated many times, there is one man, with one power that could end this catastrophe of injustice with a single decision and a single enactment. How you can argue it isn't time for that, boggles my mind.
16) So, for every day between now our hero's return, I will continue to push forward in social media negotiation. And I will beg, borrow, buy or steal support in any way I can, in the dirty, messy world of practical positioning. My one ask, my only ask is:

#PardonFlynnNow.
