India has submitted a new proposal in the WTO fisheries subsidies negotiations.

It only proposes exemptions for developing countries from proposed disciplines on subsidies (eg for fuel) for unreported and unregulated fishing

This dovetails with China's proposal circulated 10 days ago, which proposed "capping" fisheries subsidies (3 options for how the caps would be calculated) and a "green box" for listing uncapped subsidies.
