I read the ICA. It refers throughout to "The General Staff Main Intelligence Directorate (GRU)". BUT it changed its name in 2010 to GU (Main Directorate of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation). A detail, but a college student would be picked up on it.
More concerning is the fact that the 'Steele Dossier' that is attached to the Intelligence Community Assessment, and is meant to support it, does not ONCE refer to the Military Intelligence. documentcloud.org/documents/3259…

In particular, the CIA were interested in the use of: 1) external surveillance of its own citizens, 2) use of "internal" surveillance--penetration of groups by recruiting agents from among their ranks or by sending in double agents, 3) (controversial) use of agents provocateurs.

These are all FACTS that I can back up with all of the latest scientific data.

Evidence shows us that there is NO RELATIONSHIP between athletic performance and endogenous testosterone (there is a relationship between *exogenous* testosterone, though, which is why it's doping).

"Endocrine Profiles in 693 Elite Athletes in Postcompetition Setting" (I wrongly said it was 900)

16.5% of ELITE CIS MEN ATHLETES are within the 'normal female range' <8.4nmol/L

AND 3% <1.8nmol/L!!!
Another study, Sonksen et al (2018) studied 689 athletes.

They found low testosterone in 25.4% of the elite CIS MEN athletes.

Mainly because in its statement announcing its decision, Delta made reference to the current government's monetary policy as being inadequate and went on to audaciously listed new prices in US$ for its commodities.

The UK has taken the lead in efforts for EU enlargement. It pushed for the inclusion of Eastern European states. It pushed for Turkey to get its shit together so that it could join (which it made very slow progress with, and has largely been undone by Erdogan)
After #Brexit, the UK will have no influence on EU enlargement. In fact, as setting the EU as a rival, every country that joins the EU will a) strengthen the EU, and b) unravels any trade deals that the UK will have made with that country, isolating it further.
