1. I now have to reverse myself once again on the use of corn and soybeans as cover crops for prevent plant acres! Folks here on twitter convinced me last week that corn could never be used as a cover crop on corn PP. Same for soybeans on soybean PP.
2. Looks like I was right the first time on corn and soybeans as cover crops (just how weird does that sound). Two articles from UW Extension seem pretty convincing to me.

4. As I have said before, I think PP is going to look more and more attractive the more we learn. Will farmers that planted corn instead regret it? That will be interesting to track as we go through the remainder of the year.
