New: Dominic Grieve and Margaret Beckett have tabled an amendment t the estimates which seeks to stop the UK leaving the EU in October without a deal unless it is approved by MPs
I’m not an expert on supply estimates but in layman’s terms it means if this amendment is passed, the government won’t be able to carry out its spending plans unless it rules out leaving the EU without a deal against the will of the House of Commons beta.parliament.uk/articles/4WVHQ…
