Worth pointing out that Labour’s record low in spring 2009 was after 12 years in government, dealing with fallout of financial crisis and MPs expenses. Now...

A lot of *reaction* to the poll this morning, mainly around whether people want to believe it.
Big pinches of salt, only one poll etc. But trend isn’t great for Corbyn and astonishing that against a leaderless 9-yr-old Tory government Labour is doing so badly - whether 18% or 24%

And for those rubbishing pollsters: YouGov etc make their money from corporate work, which depends on firms paying because they know what they’re doing. Polling firms work v hard to get it right. They often haven’t - but that’s bad science not politics
