Donald Trump engaged in criminal behavior. If you or I or any other American engaged in these acts, we would be arrested and charged with felonies. 
18 U.S. Code § 1503:
"Whoever corruptly endeavors to influence, obstruct, or impede, the due administration of justice, shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than 10 years, a fine under this title, or both."

The President ordered White House Counsel Don McGahn to falsify evidence and threatened to fire him if he did not comply. This is a clear violation of 18 U.S. Code § 1503.
18 U.S. Code § 1512: "Whoever knowingly corruptly persuades another person, or attempts to do so with intent to influence, delay, or prevent the testimony of any person in an official proceeding shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both."
Trump and his counsel suborned Cohen's perjury in Congress, a violation of "18 U.S. Code § 1505. Obstruction of proceedings before departments, agencies, and committees."
