THREAD. I'm writing a thread on my @FDRLST article today because it is that important. And with all the "moving parts" it's hard to know what new news matters and what is just more details. THIS matters. Here's why 1/ thefederalist.com/2019/07/19/lat…
2/ Special Counsel spent ~2 year and $30+ million to run an investigation. And Mueller report stated that SC was charged in investigating Rafiekian and Alptekin, YET Mueller's team NEVER asked Flynn about supposed "intel" re Rafiekian and Alptekin, event though Flynn was 
3/ cooperating & SC team was running that investigation for ~ 4 months. Here's what the prosecutors in Rafiekian's case said they had as intel. And here's how we KNOW the SC didn't have that intel: Because Flynn's former attorney Kelner testified he didn't know what that
4/ referred to AND because federal prosecutors did not inform Rafiekian's attorneys about that evidence until FRIDAY! Federal prosecutors had an obligation to inform Rafiekian's attorneys about that evidence (called Brady/Giglio material) by late May per court order. That

12/10 PPS: When House questions Mueller, House Republicans @DevinNunes MUST ask Mueller if he asked IC for all info on the investigations/questions OR whether he merely reviewed what they had/IC provided!!!!
