On my usual 30 minute surf through English news channels last night I caught @BTVI for the 1st time where professional panelist Nishant Verma also happened to be making his debut.
It seems between 8-10 pm there is no escaping him so the remote was used to move on to Netflix.

The question also must be asked why aren’t positive stories ever given coverage?
Are to believe that in a country of 1.2 billion with a land area of 3.287 million sq kms there is not one story a day, a week or for God’s sake in a month that is not politics, rape, murder, riot ?

The hammering in of that untruth is a great diservice to the citizen of this country who lives his life peacefully, lawfully, honestly & with a sense of humour.
No wonder viewership has taken a beating.
Since the last many years there are more people who declare they don’t see TV at all because of this very reason.
