Wow, this is crazy! It’s amazing to see how much love my Avengers as pressors series has been getting 😁 The following is a thread with all 7 pressors for easy access!

The first Avenger: Norepinephrine as Captain America, the typical first line pressor.

Epinephrine as Iron Man, always good in a crisis.

Low-Dose Dopamine as Bruce Banner and High-Dose Dopamine as the Hulk. Different effects at different strengths!

Vasopressin as Bucky Barnes. Best buds with Captain America (I.e. Norepinephrine).

Phenylephrine as Hawkeye. The go-to peripheral pusher.

Milrinone as Loki, who we love but also sometimes hate 😂 Watch out for hypotension as a side effect.

And finally Dobutamine as Thor, the heartthrob. Great for cardiogenic shock and refractory heart failure.
