1.Fellow Nigerians, by za powers conferred on me by za pedral republic of Naijeriya I hereby assume opis as za commander in chief. Sequel to za revolution I have had extensive

2. consultations within the armed forces hierarchy & other well meaning Nigerians especially members of za Rotties Association (RAPC) in a bid to find solutions to the various political, economic & social problems which have engulfed our beloved nation. Things appeared bleak &

3. the atmosphere was heavy with uncertainties until our orange beret brazas & their partners in Dubai came up with za revolution. I therefore take this opportunity to pay tribute to za leader of za revolution for his 'selfless' service to the nation. He showed great courage as

4. the DSS came for him. To solidify my grip on power and to maintain peace of this great nation, the following decisions come into immediate effect:The DSS is hereby disbanded & absorbed by the police.This is to honor the wishes of the leader of the revolution. All political

5. parties are hereby dissolved. All processions, political meetings & associations of any type in any part of the country are hereby banned. Any consultative committee by whatever name called is hereby proscribed. A Provisional Ruling Council (PRC), is hereby established.

6. It will comprise:The Head of State, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the federal Republic of Nigeria as Chairman, the Chief of General Staff as Vice-Chairman, The Honourable Minister of Defence & za attorney General a Federal Executive Council will be put in place.

7. The National & State Assemblies are also dissolved.The State Executive Councils are dissolved. I hereby appoint @wFalabede as chief of general staff & my second in command. @iyaboawokoya Iyabo is hereby appointed as za attorney general of za pederal republic. Also appointed

8. is @IsuphJt as the Honourable Minister of Defence.
The Brigade Commanders are to take over from the Governors in their States until Administrators are appointed. Where there are no Brigade Commanders, the Commissioners of Police in the State are to take over.All Local

9. Governments stand dissolved. The Directors of Personnel are to take over the administration of the Local Governments until Administrators are appointed. All former Secretaries to Federal Ministries are to hand over to their DGs until Ministers are appointed.

10. Our security system will be enhanced to ensure that lives of citizens,property of individuals are protected and preserved. Drug trafficking and other economic crimes such as 419 must be tackled and eliminated. Any individual or group who profiles criminals according to their

11. ethnicity will be arrested & dealt with decisively. The phrase 'fulani herdsmen/terrorist's is hereby banned! We will not condone nor tolerate any act of indiscipline. Any attempt to test our will be decisively dealt with. For the International Community, we ask that you

12. suspend judgment while we grapple with the onerous task of nation building, reconciliation and repairs. This government is a child of necessity with a strong determination to restore peace and stability to our country and on these foundations, enthrone a lasting and true

13. democracy. Give us the chance to solve our problems in our own ways.
