Analysis of @OfficialAPCNg Response To @atiku Petition At Presidential Tribunal Panel.

Not Only Atiku, You All Are Nigerians.

By: @kadetumi

Thread!
Dear Nigerians from the former Northern Cameroon, we acknowledged the psychological torture you must have suffered as a result of current dehumanising and treasonable response of @OfficialAPCNg to the petition of one of you, Alhaji @atiku Abubakar, at the Presidential Tribunal
Please know this is not the position of we, the people of Federal Republic of #Nigeria, but that of the @OfficialAPCNg and its presidential candidate in the #NigeriaDecides2019
Mohammadu @MBuhari.
We are aware that the way all other #Nigerians became Nigerians via certain treaties and #laws, you also all are bonafide Nigerians by combination of treaty, plebiscite and #law.
You're #citizens, can contest, can #Vote and can be voted for in the Federal Republic of #Nigeria, by the virtue of the followings:
1. Northern #Cameroon becoming Mandate and later, Trust Territory of #Britain as a result of the #Versailles Treaty of 1919 that divided the territory between #France and #Britain in 1920 and final boundary in 1922;
2. February 1961 Plebiscite result of 146,296 (join #Nigeria) against 97,659(join #Cameroon) total #votes out of 243,955 total registered #Voters; and
3. S.7(1)(2), S.10 of the 1963 CFRN succeeding to S.3(1)(2), S.23(a), S.28 and First Schedule Part 1 of 1979 CFRN, S.3(1)(2)(4), S.7(2), S.25(1), S.30 and First Schedule Part 1 of 1989 CFRN and S.3(1)(2)(6), S.25(1), S.31 and First Schedule Part 1 of 1999 CFRN as amended.
It is ridiculous and plain insanity that the same @OfficialAPCNg and its candidate, @MBuhari, who are seeking to divide the nation by tearing you away, are also pleading the tribunal that your votes for APC and Buhari remain valid and that the tribunal should uphold the votes.
How can that be possible if you are from #Cameroon? Is that not enough to have invalidate the #NigeriaDecides2019 presidential poll?

You remain #Nigerians.
We are all #Nigerians.
Long live Federal #Republic of #Nigeria

End.
