Just arrived at the now-called God, Guns and Liberty. So far only a handful of Trump supporters (haven’t seen guns yet) and a bunch of people in opposition. EPD has all of its guardian cameras set up.
In the middle of the gathering we have some drum beats and some people dancing around
Got what I think are the first open carry people. One of the guys said we’re not the scary people out here who rape and steal. 
Inside the plaza seems to be mostly those opposing the God, Guns and Liberty event. Those with guns are facing 8th Ave.
We got more people here for the rally. Check out those boots
There’s a captive audience across the street at Saturday Market. Someone loudly laughing at them too.
This isn’t a joke someone with the guns group says. This is a 2A thing. Also I just saw a III% hat (not in photo)
Someone just drove by, saying “fuck off nazis”
These two (one on left wearing @AOC shirt) are arguing politics. And a chant of “lock him up” went on briefly

A small quartet is blaring out a ton of noise over the rally. It’s full of chants, drumming and brass here in the Free Speech Plaza
If you can spot upwards arm that person I think just prevented an altercation between a God Guns Liberty and opponent
They’re leaving the plaza and people are saying “goodbye” and booing them
The big guns are here and the III% is getting in the way of a camera lens

This person has been jumping around the whole time. Must have the cardio of a god.

Here’s the bulk of the action. EPD is nowhere near so hopefully nothing sparks.
Things seem to be less crazy and there’s not much confrontation going on. People are standing in the middle of 8th Avenue

Chants of “go home proud boys” started but I haven’t seen anyone donning their trademarked outfit.
A fight broke out a few minutes ago the guy with the wood pole once had a trump flag but someone tore it down and shoving started. Epd didn’t respond to it
One of the god guns liberty people grabbed the rainbow flag off the ground, broke the flag pole and threw it in the wood chip planter
Epd has made an arrest, someone who God Guns and Liberty people say threw a bottle at a rallygoer.
Law enforcement are posted up on top of a nearby building but have otherwise been pretty lax in presence today
This guy is carrying a Bible and a US flag. Another person is calling him a shitty Christian for mixing white supremacy and Christianity.
God Guns and Liberty people are rolling up the flags and slowly leaving the block.
Maybe I spoke too soon. Got people arguing about guns here. Apparently the guy in the LA Dodgers hat (with the rally) is mad someone called him homophobic slur.
Looks like they’re leaving. People saying “nazi fucks go home” and “whose streets our streets”
Or maybe they’re gonna just stand here...
Before my phone dies here are some guesstimates on attendance. Probably 60 people for god guns and library and 250 to 300 protesting.
