"Loan-to-buy" deals carry less financial risk. New clauses ensure loaned players are guaranteed more minutes. But clampdown on abuses of loan system is also likely.

When analyzing a Company that has a current moat or high ROIC, ask questions that will help you better answer how this Company is going to maintain or increase it's competitive advantages and preserve/grow Cash flows.

Oh, look, another giant free trade deal the EU is working on that we will miss out on after we Brexit.

It's like the Red Queen's race from Alice in Wonderland: Liam Fox has rolled over trade deals worth *less* than the new trade deals signed by the EU since the referendum!
In other words, we are further behind on trade today than we were on referendum day, because the EU keep growing the "status quo" we are turning our backs on.

Lets Talk About Expectancy Of Short Term Directional Trading System.

Read On (1/n)
Success Rate = No Of Profitable Tades/ No Of Loss Making Trades

Reward Risk Ratio = Average Profit Per Trade / Average Loss Per Trade

If Success Rate is 0.5 and Reward Risk 2, Then

Expectancy = 2 x 0.5 =1

For Making Profit, Expectancy Should Be Positive Number (2/n)
To Calculate Expectancy, You Need Defined System With Rules To Get Success Rate and Reward Risk. If You Have No System To Take Decisions, You Are Hanging In Thin Air and Will Never No Whether You Will Keep Making Or Loosing Money In Future (3/n)

Every time you see a mananger use market logic to determine the value of services, expecting massive looting down the road. It has worked with Britain's NHS wherea mnagement consultants consumed expensive entertainment as the money to treat patients dwindled #recessionKE
Universities were promised reform through cost cutting through outsourcing services like catering and medical care, and increased revenue collection through real estate development for rent. 15 years later, the bed of roses they promised is a nightmare of thorns #RecessionKE
