It never ceases to amaze me how people can call Israel “apartheid”. Not only does it ignore the 25% minority population that we have that have full equal citizenship and are fully integrated in every aspect of Israeli society. It also ignores this haaretz.com/1.5115464

While this is from 2010, it’s not in any way “new”. Let’s take a look a couple cases where this had occurred before this “court decision”.

June 5 1997:

“Second Palestinian land dealer murdered for selling land to Israelis” jta.org/1997/06/05/def…

April 29 2009:

“A Palestinian military court has condemned a man to death by hanging for treason for selling land to Israelis.”

In July of 2018 the Jerusalem Mifti issued a Fatwa forbidding the land ownership transfer of land to enemies.

In Nov of 2018:

“PA court sentence Palestinians to 15 years hard labor for selling land to Jews. Separately, a Palestinian who died in a car accident was barred from burial in Jerusalem over allegations he sold property to Jews”

In Dec of 2018 the PA announced it had arrested 44 individuals under charges of selling property to Jews m.jpost.com/Arab-Israeli-C…

And lastly right before the new year in December 2018:

“Palestinian court jails U.S.-Palestinian for life for Jerusalem land sale”

So remind me...where’s the apartheid again? Everyone is clearly focusing at the wrong place.
