Amid general confusion in Westminster we have the reassuring tradition of the Labour Party leadership issuing different statements over Brexit. Perhaps we can go back to those calm and heady days before *checks notes* last Thursday
This seems most likely to be Labour's position, not least because in the current chaos nobody knows what will happen tomorrow. And still nobody's really talking about what happens in the House of Lords over the anti no-deal Bill...
Now we have more Conservative MPs wanting to rebel against the Government, to be allowed to say they agree with the previous Government's Withdrawal Agreement, and what they voted for a few months ago. Do these ones get sacked as well if they rebel?
It should be blindingly obvious by now that there really is no simple answer to our Brexit woes, and we need to find alternate ways to solve the problem. Unfortunately it isn't.
