Democracy is based on a pleasing lie: that we're all equal.

This works okay in a big, prosperous, and homogenous society, where its flaws aren't exposed too badly, and its positives (mobility etc) both relieve political pressure and allow people to rise to their talent

However, the more diversity you add, and the more different groups you "liberate," the more it's exposed that we're not the same, that we're not equal, that the core of democracy is obviously neither rational, nor true to experience and observation. Any fool can see this

Since the nature of democracy insists on "liberating" its many subgroups, one by one, as we're all equal, all the same, and inviting more and more new ones in (after all, the refugee is equal to the native citizen), it inevitably exposes its central lie

Once we reach the "any damn fool can see this isn't true" stage, we have to invent something to protect the central lie. Something irrational, supernatural

I.e. a religion. But one meant to serve (pluralistic) democracy. Which means it's purely secular, not based on transcendence, but the worship of the decline that is central to democracy.

Woke Progressivism, and the worship of weakness, is baked into the very core of the system

Since multicultural democracy has no means of reordering itself in a way that aligns with nature, the new religion of the Great Awokening will only get worse. It has no other choice but to become more intense as its weaknesses makes its flaws

That means it will persecute everyone who defies it (i.e. everyone even moderately useful) more and more as time goes on

The short- and mid-term futures aren't good

But, since this system is self-collapsing, the long-term future might be good. So work toward it
