Lot of people are berating Warren for another tweet in this thread, but wonder if most would oppose reforms like this?

Remember, Warren is a longtime regulator. She's never gotten to regulate to the degree she wants.
At first this sounds like capitalist gobbledygook. But it could make huge difference. At the root of corporations' greed is the legal framework that requires them to prioritize shareholder profits above all else.

This bill changes that & would transform shareholder activism.
If you're a leftist you can either:

—Treat Warren as if she were Clinton, pretend she wouldn't be the most progressive nominee in decades
—See Warren as a likely nominee who's far more progressive than anyone else who has as shot except Bernie
A Bernie presidency really would be revolutionary and probably better for the left, at least in the short term.

A Warren presidency, maybe with Bernie as HHS or Labor secretary, would pursue many (not all!) of the same policies Bernie does and likely have more support for them.
Leftists can either put their head in the sand or look realistically at things and say, Bernie is the ideal, Warren is the next best thing.

As I've said before, most Bernie fans will vote for Warren if she's the nominee, if not help out the campaign.
Lastly, IF Warren is the nominee, and possibly before we know who it is, Bernie will definitely endorse her. He'll campaign for her. And she'll 100% give him whatever cabinet seat he wants.
If one endorsed the other in the primary at some point, they'd smoke Biden.
All I’m saying is don’t equate Warren with legit neoliberal party establishment figures. Her career and record stand in contrast to the establishment. Take her seriously. She’s not ideal for the left but she’s by far the best of the rest for Bernie diehards.
