1) UCG Ceo Mustier which is saying that the Bank will pass negative rates to "clients" , referring to not to clients but to depositors (now apparently the bank is saying only those above 1mnl eur aka 0.000000%)
2) Banca Generali CEO saying that the Government should decide if banks can charge neg rates to depositors, yeah not a typo...the Government

On 1): depositors above 100k are unsecured creditors of a bank (liabilitty side) NOT CLIENTS.

So if someone is offering 0 on Current accounts, and UCG wants to charge neg rates on deposits...well please go on...we are going to have fun on UCG' LCR
