They literally publish an annual report claiming that it’s being ‘concreted over’. At rates, I pointed out last time, that would see the whole thing vanish in a mere 5,000 years
And now they’ve shockingly discovered that if you make it incredibly hard to build on the green belt and drive up land prices through scarcity, people can only build expensive homes on it if they want to make the numbers work
This isn’t have your cake and eat it. This is stuffing the entire cake into your lughole then complaining loudly that everyone else is getting crumbs.
