1/ Yesterday, the President & First Lady passed out Halloween Candy on the South Lawn of the White House. The event was lived streamed one particular portion has been the focus of much attention. What follows is a partial nonverbal analysis of the above video from 32:48 - 33:13.
2/ Please watch this small segment of video on a high-resolution screen. Please view it at full speed, 1/2 speed, 1/4 speed, and then once again at full speed.
3/ Two young boys, dressed as Spidermen, approach the President and first lady from their left (32:48). 
4/ A close-up reveals Donald Trump retracting his jaw (32:48). The corners of his mouth pull backward (laterally) and also down. His central (inner) eyebrows simultaneously move downward. This is an apprehensive and questioning expression — indicative of critical evaluation.
5/ The boys are perhaps three and five years old. Not understanding the White House protocol, a young girl about four years old passes up the President and First Lady, walking distal to the two young spidermen — catching the President's attention (32:50).
6/ Trump continues to watch her as she walks by (32:51).
7/ A close-up reveals his expression of Contempt (32:51) as he looks at the young girl.
8/ The older brother Spiderman gets a candy bar from the first lady, but none from the President (32:51).
9/ His younger lookalike gets ignored as a child in a Minion costume approaches. The little brother receives no candy from either adult. The President sees the younger boy but makes no attempt to give him candy (22:53).
10/ The older boy spiderman is ignored by Donald Trump as he turns his attention to the child Minion. (32:55)
11/ The President then places a candy bar on top of the child's inflated Minion costume. Note the young girl who had skipped over the President and first lady is returning (32:57).
12/ The first lady places another candy bar on top of the child's costume. The older boy spiderman is walking away as the young girl continues approaching (32:59).
13/ Two seconds later (33:01) both candy bars fall off the child's costume.
14/ Donald Trump begins to laugh (33:02).
15/ If we zoom-in on Donald Trump's face in this same image, we see that he's not only Laughing Sincerely, but he also has a significant component of Disgust and Contempt present. Colloquially, this would be called Sneering Laughter (33:02).
16/ The first lady attempts to give a replacement candy bar to the Minion while the little girl also notices the candy has fallen. The President continues his laughing sneer as the child Minion walks away (33:03).
17/ As a White House staff member helps recover the child's candy, causing Donald Trump to cease his laughter (33:06).
18/ Trump views this as a form of a public reprimand — calling attention to his bad behavior. His anxiety causes his nose and mustache region to suddenly itch, precipitating a rare Trump facial touch. His expression is an amalgam of both Contempt and Anger (33:06).
19/ Then Donald Trump appears to shoo off the little girl — in a much more dismissive variation of the first lady's gesture (33:12).
20/ However, Trump's hand shooing is most probably directed at the other child, as the little Minion's presence reminds him of his mistake (33:13).
21/ SUMMARY: Donald Trump displayed emotional tones of apprehension, disapproval, and critical evaluation as the two young boys dressed as spiderman approached. The youngest of the two boys was ignored by the President and First Lady — receiving no candy.

22/ SUMMARY (continued): The President felt contempt toward the young girl as she broke protocol, passing him by. Both adults placed candy bars on top of the child who was dressed as a minion.
23/ SUMMARY (continued): This behavior was a form of public bullying. Donald Trump's immediate reaction to their bullying this child was sincere laughter mixed with contempt and disgust (sometimes commonly referred to as 'sneering laughter'). He took true joy in this act.
24/ SUMMARY (continued): When a White House staff member helped the child minion recover their candy, Donald Trump felt immediate anxiety, contempt, and anger. He then shooed the child away.
