I’ve got a piece coming in about fifteen minutes about the Spencer audio.
This audio is part of a larger fight within the “dissident right” or far right, the same one that’s leading to TPUSA events being targeted by the so-called “Groyper Army.”
This is a screenshot from the neo-Nazi website Daily Stormer, but the same “calendar” can be found across the far right. These are YAF and TPUSA events and members of the “Army” are being asked to get tickets to these events in order to ask “questions” 
These “questions” involve asking about anti-Semitic conspiracy theories (among other things). These events are live-streamed, so people can follow online. Here are some screenshots from reactions.

The “hero” of this movement is Nick Fuentes, a one-time conservative radio host who attended “Unite the Right” and has since become a major figure within the “dissident Right." Screenshot via the Daily Stormer.
Spencer has been a long-time critic of Fuentes, most recently on an October 30th podcast with a French Canadian alt-right YouTuber.
But as I note in the piece, Spencer didn’t say anything in that audio it wasn’t already very clear he believed. He’s just spent more than a decade trying to launder the same sentiments.
