Grown adult is surprised straight women consider male genitalia nonnegotiable, vs a "drawer full of dildos." So, how many gender therapists talk to their TEEN FTM clients about these dating problems, which (judging by how often articles like this appear) are pretty damn common?

This stuff isn't funny. Because with the massive increase in teens coming out, this is the reality they'll be facing. Who is helping them understand this, before they take that first T shot? Phalloplasty surgeons must know a huge new market is about to open up...
The bumper crop of teen "gay trans men" are going to face the same issue. Ask any "cis" gay man--male genitalia kinda sorta defines their sexual orientation.

How could an FTM repeatedly in this predicament NOT want a phalloplasty--an operation with a very high complication rate, unable to become erect naturally, unable to impregnate (for women who want that), & which still may not prevent sexual rejection?
