McGrath is entirely correct. “Outgrowing God” is FULL of this. That’s why Dawkins is quoting HITLER as prime representative of Christianity, likening the ancient Hebrews to the Nazis, discussing Cargo Cults and weird superstitions, ridiculing theology while RESOLUTELY ignoring it
