Here is Article 5 (4) NI PRotocol = ALL EU goods laws in Annex 2 apply to NI
Then Annex 2 = The whole of the Union Customs Code and more thus applies...
Then Article 271 = Exit summary declarations compulsory in absence of customs declarations

Then on top of that theres Article 6: The PM's deal has also committed to comply with EU export prohibitions, at the NI to GB border... endangered species and conflict diamonds, apparently
So on full video of PM in Armagh he says to someone exporting from NI to GB there will be no forms, that if there are forms they should ring him up and put them in the bin...but he then asks (checks?) whether he’s exporting illegal weapons or endangered species - that’s Article 6
Wherein the PM literally checks with this NI exporter whether he will need checks or customs forms for trade into rest of UK...
