Let's not get too self-congratulatory about #PISA results (which have many flaws), or hyperbolic in our claims (education superpower?)

Instead, let's focus on why experts think Canadian students are doing better than many other countries. EQUITY.

Instead of allowing demagogues like Kenney and Ford defund and dismantle our public education system, let's re-affirm our commitment to public education and making our schools even more equitable for all.

It's high time the @bcndp pays BC teachers what they deserve for creating a world class education despite decades of neo-@bcliberals cuts. Do the right thing.
