What if every slide in a talk had a QR code to interact with?
In theory scanning a QR code is just the same as typing a URL, but it can be faster (esp for long URLs) and is big in China.

Maybe we could develop new forms of coordinated audience interaction. Both in the auditorium and later online.

I have no dog in this fight, but how would you ascertain truth in an adversarial environment?

- trust the party you find most credible
- wait for trusted third party to opine (eg the police)
- seek more independent first party reports (eg video)

Need more explicit epistemology.
As I think about it, this is a new kind of boxscore for a news story.

- First party confirmation or denial
- Primary sources
- Independent confirmations
- Anonymous sources

And if you login, it shows whether these sources are economically or otherwise aligned with you.

Google's (and Ford's) SELF-DRIVING Car division is seeking funding from outside investors. One being Germany's Volkswagen.

Germany, a country who TRUSTS #China and #Huawei to be on their #5G network.

5G, which enables access to ALL internet enabled devices.
The same Germany we just warned about Huawei.

Germany seems desperate to keep Huawei on their 5G network and China is desperate to dominate 5G across the globe.
