...and that's the thing these universities don't understand. They are afraid of being sued for enforcing rules against racist harassment, but their fear is based on assumption kids and parents want to openly admit their bigotry in court. They won't, so just kick their asses out
The only people with standing would be people who had been "unjustly punished" for their speech, but they'll all be too chicken shit to go into court and say, "yeah, I called that girl the n-word," or "yeah I drew the swastika..." They'll slink away once punished...good riddance
