Found out this week that I’m going to the @filmindependent Independent Spirit Awards in February, thanks to my amazing co-producers at TG Studios & our new project.

What to wear, what to wear, let alone around so many beautiful people, let alone on the red carpet while single...
OMG the people (notably all women) who think I’m ashamed of being single or need another moniker: LOL no. If you only knew. LOL. No.
And now I’ve had to block people, LOL. Folks want an argument when all I’m talking about is a great dress and hot single smart lovely creative people looking beautiful YUM.

Every once in a while we should just save our arguments for people we actually know, Twitter. LOL.

One other thing here about this situation that caused me to lock my account:

I noticed a pattern in the attacks on my kids and l, namely the repeated claim that “that didn’t happen” paired with a violent threat, re: a tweet about my kid celebrating impeachment.

I’ve since learned there’s an entire “didn’t happen” online culture in the alt-right, inciting violent attacks online, around the reported experiences of activists, women, LGBTQ folks, faith leaders, *kids* and others.
This “didn’t happen” culture is organized to attack people for tweeting life events that are in some way anti-Trump, anti-Brexit, or otherwise reflective of day to day experiences that expose sexism, racism and homophobia.

One example is this massive account found at @_DHOTYA.

My one Repub relative, working class 60 y o warehouse mgr, said to me at dinner, “Elizabeth, this is going to shock you.”

Uh huh, I thought. But he went on.

“The thing now is it’s all insanity. Nothing is going get better in this country until Trump is out of office.”
Could’ve knocked me over with a feather.

He said “no matter what side you’re on, it’s too much. No one can stand this level of crazy.”

This guy voted for Trump and as recently as three months ago was texting me about how Trump was right about pulling troops out of Syria.
We went on to talk about Biden and election interference and it’s not like we’re on the same page on everything.

But madness is exhausting. At one point he said “I just want the country to heal.”

The needle is moving. Let’s hope it’s not too late.

The earliest thing I ever sneaked downstairs to watch as a kid was Eddie Murphy on SNL.

I can't watching it live but I am grateful for those who are tweeting about it.

Also, someday I will tell the story about how I sneaked in the side door of an Eddie Murphy RAW concert at Princeton when I was 16 with my sister and it basically scarred me for life.

My company was raided. It should have been a straightforward matter. But the #MetPolice & #LBRUT forgot to seize my computer & came back to do a 2nd raid. The search warrant didn't permit a second entry, however, #LBRUT entered unlawfully

#New PA cong. map increases D chance of winning the House majority by 4%. They only need a 6.8% generic ballot margin now (down from 7.7) to be favored.

Diff. will be closer to 10% in Nov when uncertainty from polls is ⬇️. Redraw is a very big deal.

One major reason the new PA map is such a big gain for Democrats is that it solidifies, not just tips, PA districts in Philly burbs. Also creates one additional vulnerable R district. (Easily seen in this map made by @JMilesColeman)
My forecasting model will have new PA map in the near future. This is not just a simple switch; it’s a coding redesign, restructuring of input, & drawing new geographic files. Takes a while (for me, a student).
