Minister of Transportation @ChibuikeAmaechi got the Chinese contractors building Nigeria’s Standard Gauge Rail to commit to delivering 2 extra projects:

1. A Wagon Assembly plant in Ogun State (next to new Railway Yard / Station)

2. A Transportation University in Katsina
Earlier this month Vice President @ProfOsinbajo flagged off the construction of the Wagon Assembly Plant.

In the next few days President @MBuhari will perform the groundbreaking ceremony for the Transportation University.

ICYMI: Nigeria currently has a number of students studying rail transportation in China. They‘re expected to return home to play roles in the SGR system and in the Transportation University to be flagged off next week.
