Other established and safe methods for tenderizing meat include:
➡️ Cooking with a pressure cooker.
➡️ Marinating (soaking) with vinegar, citrus juices or wine before cooking.
➡️ Slow-cooking the meat, or
➡️ Using commercial meat tenderizers (in moderation), which are sold in powder or liquid form.
