From my own “local” experience, u can buy a rice milling machine from China for around N2m plus depending on capacity minus custom duty. Our influencers can look at this venture. Buy paddy from rice farmers at a cheaper cost say 1m. Make I watch Arsenal vs Man U jare . 
Even in Kano, we have so many local farmers willing to sell at a low price . Just locate where u have rice farmers . Then rent a house that u install d machine & store ur rice for sales. Up North, electricity is stable and u will spend less on petrol for ur generators. Start now
