1. With Fox News, a Kremlin directed state propaganda agency, keeping about 40% of US voters in constant state of disinformation distortion we may not survive this. Fox News is a threat to the survival of the Republic. We need to use the few legal tools we have to bring it down.
2. I'm looking at Civil RICO actions commenced in every state to enjoin mail and wire fraud crimes committed by Fox and its sponsors. The key is to end the Kremlin disinformation being pushed by Kremlin agents at Fox like @seanhannity @RudyGiuliani @AnnCoulter and @IngrahamAngle.
3. Lies are not protected speech. When used to make money US law can punish the liar. When it is organized, RICO can be used. @rupertmurdoch's machine is clearly the enemy of all free Americans. He won't stop until all Americans are @KremlinRussia_E slaves. @ffweekend.
