1. Anyone know what kind of passport #QassemSoleimani traveled under? Presume he wasn't considered a diplomat but just want to check. I never really wanted to be an international law expert so can anyone tell me if @POTUS can legally deny @JZarif the ability to appear at UNSC?

1. #ukraineplanecrash if Iran won’t release the black boxes it is evidence they shot down. The airline wants to blame Boeing and get paid. Iran doesn’t want a Vincenes of its own and will lie. The plane was in flames. I’m pretty sure the @DeptofDefense would be able to confirm
2. if our #SBIRs saw a missile launch. The sats were already tasked to watch Iran. Putting trust in what Iran is reporting is misguided. By now the NSA has the Iranian comms processed and will likely have proof of the shoot down. If so Trump will likely hold on to that chip.
3. For personal reasons I have kept up with airliner crashes for over 40 years. I don’t recall a failure that caused a plane to fall burning like that shortly after take off besides PanAm103. Early reports of a shoot down and the circumstances say to me it was shot down.

@NSAGov Here is a reported video of the @Ukraniancrash. That is consistent with my supposition it was attacked. Need the pilot voice and data. Possible from air traffic. @DefenseIntel @FBI

1. It appears clear @POTUS Trump assassinated QS believing it would advance his domestic political goals of diverting attention from his impeachment. That, plus the fact that @WHNSC failed to address existing legal restriction of EO 12,333, IMO, makes what was done a crime.
2. We will likely end up at war with Iran over this. Anyone with even a child's understanding of this region would know that to be a likely outcome. IMO it's a much more impeachable crime than Ukraine and I'm guessing it won't be the last one until we get this dangerous person
3. out of the @WhiteHouse. The key is to make the @SenateGOP @HouseGOP own it. That they are causing us to go to war because they have betrayed their oath to protect the Constitution from a drug addicted totally insane tyrant who is owned lock stock and barrel by our enemy.
